My name is Katarzyna MATYJANKO.

I specialise in privacy and information security especially in Finance and Tech. In my work, I also draw on knowledge from compliance, risk management and AI governance as an expert background that helps better understand modern threats and the technological context.

  • degrees in Economics and International Security,
  • postgraduate studies in Compliance,
  • certifications: CIPP/E, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 31000, NIST AI RMF, ICA AML, PRINCE2,
  • over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, technology, and international organisations,
  • experience in financial crime prevention, AML and KYC,
  • GDPR implementation and information security risk management,
  • cooperation with AIGN (Artificial Intelligence Governance Network) in the area of AI governance,
  • creation of training courses and educational materials in the field of data protection.

All these areas share one common denominator – data management.

That is why I understand the importance of data and information security in business, institutions, and everyday life.
